Most people who have Restless Legs Syndrome also suffer from Periodic limb movement disorder or PLMD, where the person suffers from involuntary movement of arms and legs during sleep, such as kicking.

Bruxism
This is also known as teeth grinding when the sufferer involuntarily grinds his or her teeth during sleep. This is often accompanied by clenching of the jaws.

Lacking of Good Sleep Hygiene
This sleep disorder is caused by the actions or lifestyles which keeps the person awake during disrupting a person's sleep schedule.
